Arrival: This charming 4-bedroom, (extra bonus room with a trundle bed, 2 twins), 3-bath 2 story home is just a short walk to Jacksonville Beach. Drop your bags, pack a cooler, grab the beach cart, and be on the sand in 5 minutes.

Outdoor: The home offers privacy with a natural landscape, fenced in backyard and a lovely pool. There are an array of beach toys and water sports equipment, including boogie boards, beach and lawn chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach bags, and a beach cart to use. There are plenty of towels for the pool and beach.

Indoor: Bright open floor plan. The living room has a large TV and plenty of seating for movies and games. There is a coffee nook with an array of coffee makers including Keurig, automatic drip, French press, pour over and European steam coffee makers Guests will find a selection of books and games, ample towels (beach towels included), and linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for cooking most anything you can think of.

There is a separate office space with a dedicated work area for those who like to combine work with pleasure.

Bedrooms: Cal-king primary suite with plenty of space and blackout curtains. There is a private balcony with string lights and seating, perfect for an evening drink or morning coffee. The master bathroom has dual sinks and a large soaking tub with separate shower. There are two additional queen rooms, and a full bedroom with a twin trundle. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and luxury bedding. There is an additional room with two twin beds (trundle) for lounging or sleeping extra guests.

Pool Patio: Your own tranquil retreat with string-lights, perfect for evening drinks or morning coffee. There is a private pool and lounge chairs, hammocks and tables to eat at.

Location: Peaceful and private home within walking distance to bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops. There are many beach festivals and farmers markets and parks within walking or biking distance. The popular “Sunshine Park” is a couple miles away with a huge playground, water features, skate park, pickleball, basketball, a track and volleyball courts.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for guest use, including detergent and extras.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
